Adjustable Hood
TorsoFlo™ Venting
Exterior Chest Pocket
Felt high quality as soon as I put it on. Great for outdoors to block wind and light rain. I am also 5’11” 250 lbs with an athletic build, and have no construction in my range of motion. I have not worn it in heavy rain, but I didn’t buy this as a rain jacket so I’m sure it won’t be perfect for that scenario. Very likely to recommend to anyone that asks. Fits true to fitment chart.

Great lightweight waterproof coat
The coat is very light and has withstood some heavy rain use with no issues but it has not been thoroughly tested which will take at least a year. The features on the coat are excellent with the pit zips, pockets and adjustable hood which is key for anyone spending time in the rain. I use it a lot for fly fishing and have found the waist side zips to be extremely… useful for getting into my waders chest pockets. Ill be testing it out more this summer but so far a good coat

Excellent Goretex Jacket
I used this on a bikepacking trip that got down to 20 degrees F with freezing rain and it worked perfectly. Being able to undo the pit zips all the way down to the waist was huge for keeping my core temp from spiking on the uphill climbs, and when its fully closed up it cut the wind and freezing rain perfectly on the downhills. It could honestly replace a ski jacket if… paired with the right layers. At 5'10" 185lbs the medium fit perfect. It has enough room to layer a medium puff underneath without being restricted. If you don't plan on ever layering, you may find it a tad loose.
Excellent Quality
Great attention to detail, however, I didn't use this jacket. I'm 6' 1", 205 with wide shoulders and long arms and I wear a Large in nearly everything. A Large size in this jacket fit great in the shoulders and the arm length is better than most jackets. But it has a very athletic fit in the body, so much so that I wouldn't be able to wear much more than a t-shirt underneath. I… gave it to a friend and ordered an XL. My only complaint was that the Coyote color I ordered previously was not available in the larger size. No biggie, I'm looking forward to trying out the bigger jacket soon!

Great, Robust Rain Shell
As a long-time Helium wearer, I was looking for something more robust to add to my kit. The Foray is an excellent shell for when conditions really take a turn. I've found it to have a great fit and superior waterproofing. I don't really believe in the waterproof/breathable gimmick of GTX fabrics, so I appreciate the full-length vent zips do dump heat and… humidity from inside. The construction of this piece and the seam sealing is top quality. I would recommend this to anyone who needs reliable protection from the elements in a light (but not ultralight) shell.
I used this jacket exclusively while living in Southern Chile for a year. During the winter it rained almost every day and this jacket kept me dry! In the summer rain I was able to vent with the full side zips and I stayed dry from the rain and this kept me from sweating it out from the inside. Great jacket, and the pants are excellent too! 10/10 recommend

Proven waterproof in Nepal.
My son took this same rain jacket to Nepal last year. He wore it in the mountains and down in the jungle a lot of rain and mud slides and he had nothing but positive to say about it. I decided I needed one. This price from expert voice is a lot better than what he paid. Good for beginner or expert. I ordered a little larger for layering. I will be anxious to see if works… as good as I expect to have no issues.
Phenomenal. That's it. Phenomenal.
This is the perfect rain/trail shell jacket. This is 2L Gore-Tex Paclite, which is bluesign approved, packable, breathable, waterproof, and windproof. All the proofs. It's not quite as breathable as Gore-Tex Infinum (ie, most marketed "hiking" jackets), but when it's pouring rain on a trail breathable isn't quite the primary objective. You do also get that… sort of rubbery feel on the inside, but if you have this jacket on you likely aren't wearing a t-shirt underneath. This is common across all Gore-Tex lines. Pros: Gore-Tex, comfortable standard trim (standard being alpine standard, not boxy standard), dual zipper on the side for pocket access/non mesh pit zips (torsoflo), adjustable hood, sick colors (I purchased flint), aquaguard zippers, you will look super cool and people will be jealous. Cons: ? If you're looking for a technical, highly functional jacket that you can wear between skyscrapers and redwoods when it's pouring rain...choose your color, size, and add it to your cart. If you don't like super cool jackets, this one isn't for you.

Water Proof!
I walked for an hour in pouring heavy rain with this jacket and had no water leak through. Now that's a quality! Also it feels like a solid product and not something cheaply made. I have also worn it as a wind breaker ontop of a light jacket out in the snow on a windy cold day. Was great at that as well!

Great Rain Jacket
I’ve used this jacket on multiple occasions, very light weight and keeps the water away. Most recently I’ve used it in Iceland and Norway, in the elements and it has kept me dry. Extremely pleased with this jacket. This is a… great jacket for anyone who needs to get out of the wind or rain.
