I have worn Wrangler for years. Ordered two pairs, both arrived with correct size ordered but one pair at least 2 inches smaller and the other 1 inch small in the waist. The inconsistency is horrible. Then to top it off, Wrangler charges the customer for the mailing label to return. Will never buy in line again. Go to your favorite store and try on multiple pairs to find ones that fit

My beautiful bride & 20X
Very long time Wrangler wearer. When I bought my first 20X jeans I felt I found the perfect Wranglers for me as far as fit. All my 20X jeans are developing holes or have holes abnormally fast. The locations are the waist and both front and back pocket area. I won't complain about the leg bottom hems fraying and for the record I don't walk on the bottoms. This includes the 2 pair I ordered January 2022. Now to find a more durable but comparable in fit pair of Wrangler's.
I use these for work because they don't have huge and glaringly obvious wear marks on them and because they come in a 30x36. I wish that the edge parts of some of the denim was a little more quality and that it wouldn't wear so quickly including the bottom of the cuffs. The Dillon colour is better in that aspect but they don't come in 30x36.
I use these darker colored jeans for "good". They're very well built and very comfortable. Wouldn't change a thing about them. I just wish they were in stock in a 30x36 as well so I could use them for work. The Dillon color is more quality and a little thicker than the Payson.

Wrangler took the Cowboy Cut Premium Performance and used a thinner material, lowered the rise, added more room to the front pockets, and made it boot cut. The leg opening is the same as the Wrangler 20X No. 42 Vintage Boot Cut Jean but the seat and thigh are more slim. The 100% cotton allows them to be worn without a belt.
They're great except a couple of the belt loops always tear off. These two weak loops (one on each side of the back belt loop) are not sewn into a seam like the others. I always have to take them to a seamstress and have them reattached. I wish Wrangler would fix that design flaw.
The material used now is thinner than usual and tear apart at the rivets after very little wear. less than a month.

I ranch for living and have worn 13 mwz jeans for a long time, they don't fit well anymore so I tried these because I like the fit. I bought 5 pair so far 3 have ripped out in the crotch after very little use.

First of all these jeans are just what I'm looking for. A slimmer/ relaxed fit, not as baggy as the 01's. These were meant for real cowboys. Those who say they are baggy do not realize these are the competition version. They are longer for a reason. Real cowboys like the "stacked" look around the boot. Looser fit so they don't cinch down while in the saddle. So if you like the Jason aldean look, these aren't for you. If you buy $99 boots and cowboy hats with conchos on the hat band, these are definitely not for you!
I ordered 2 pair of these jeans. One pair fits perfect & the other pair is too tight. Maybe sized wrong. The pair that fits is just what I've got before but I can't close the other pair. Great jean otherwise. I'd like to replace the wrong size pair.

These said they were slim fit. They showed up as lose if not more lose than regular jeans. I ordered them to the same size as the Wrangler boot cut jeans I was wearing while sitting at the computer during ordering and they are at least 2" LONGER than the ones of the same size that I had on. I don't know if these were mislabeled or if they changed the way they measure but they don't cover return shipping so I'm going to have to try and find someone to alter brand new pants. Very disappointing that they don't cover returns for pants that in my opinion not labeled properly. The only positives I can say at this point was that the color was adequate and they were true to their claim of being 100% cotton which is a must for me. I don't like the dirty looking stretch and worn marks around the pockets/crotch that most of wranglers have and these had very little of that. I'm glad they were true to their claim of 100% cotton because most of the wrangles are NOT any longer. Over the last 5-10 years I have been falling farther and farther out of love with wranglers. At the stores I can no longer find a pair of wrangles with fit, function, and fashion all at the same time. I am glad they have increased their american line of products but I would like to see a pair of american made working mans snug safe 100% cotton boot cut, clean colored looking jean for the person wearing their wranglers through all life situations. This might be the last pair of wranglers I buy for myself or my family.

This slim fit jean is a misnomer. They are actually slightly relaxed. I tried them on after initially trying the 01MWX, which is loose/baggy. These 02MWX are less tight than 13MWZs, but not baggy in the butt like traditional relaxed fit jeans. Gripes Mine have a 33" waist and only 5 belt loops. I prefer 7, the extra 2 over the back pockets. Wrangler, please address this as I don't like my belt pulling hard on the center belt loop while working. The leg opening could be 1/2" tighter, but I find I prefer this wider opening to the tapered fit of the traditional Cowboy Cut jeans that I've worn for decades Likes Quality construction, wide front pocket openings with deep pockets. Bigger than most back pockets that fit an iPhone 6/7 without it sticking out the top. I bought 2 pairs of these. I'll buy more if Wrangler goes with 7 belt loops. I find these to be a more practical jean than 13/31MWZs as the fit is more natural and less confining. With a few tweaks and a different name for the fit, these will find more buyers.
