Big Sky Resort — around an hour away from Livingston
There's also a couple of outfitters in Gardiner (down at the end of paradise valley, south of Livingston), that offer rafts and kayaks on the yellowstone river just outside of the national park. In my experience this water is a little too calm for exciting rafting, but it is pretty perfect for a novice kayaker.
